FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes — completely free and unlimited. No account, no ads, no daily limit. Stockfish runs in your browser, so there is nothing to meter.

How is this different from Chess.com's Game Review?

Same idea — move classifications, accuracy, estimated rating, an eval graph, and a guided walkthrough — but free and unlimited with no account. Chess.com limits free reviews to one per day.

What does the review show?

Every move classified (Brilliant → Blunder), per-player accuracy and estimated rating, average centipawn loss, an interactive eval graph with key moments, push-style coach commentary, and opening detection.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your games are analyzed locally and never leave your device.

Which games can I analyze?

Import your recent games straight from your Chess.com or Lichess username, or paste any PGN. Games are fetched right in your browser from the sites’ public APIs — no account or upload needed.

How accurate is the analysis?

It uses real Stockfish 18 (WebAssembly) at a depth you choose, with lichess win%/accuracy formulas and chess.com-style classification thresholds. Deeper search means more accuracy; the default balances speed and quality.
